Bahrain International Music Festeval
Bahrain continues its musical heritage and openness to cultural dialogue through the International Music Festival which is one of the earliest festivals that the Sector of Culture and National Heritage Sector embraced in 1992.
Music as a medium is understood by all and knows no language or cultural barrier. The diversity and richness of the world's musical traditions can transcend all differences in race, nationality, culture or religion. Music has been interwoven with mankind's traditions, beliefs, and cultures. Men have used music as an art form and as a means of creative self expression.
